Revitalization can begin: Residents, visitors and tradespeople are motivated to participate in the upgrading of Escher city centre.

As part of the public consultation on the revitalisation of the city centre of Esch, the first city walk took place on Saturday. More than 40 people took part in the visit, led by Luc Wagner and Georges Mischo, mayor of the city, accompanied by the deputies André Zwally, Mandy Ragni and Martin Kox.

At various stations there was an exchange between the participants and the political and municipal representatives on numerous topics. Cleanliness, parking, traffic, commercial offer are just some of the topics covered.

Many proposals were made which will be incorporated into the Citizens' Report and as a basis for discussion in other events, such as the Future Conference on 27 June, 4 and 12 July 2018.

The next walk will take place on Saturday, 9 June at 10h30.
