Damien Giudice (LUX), 2024-2025

Damien Giudice (*1996), also known as Boy From Home, is a young designer and musician from Luxembourg. He is best known for his unique linocut art, which is heavily inspired by botany, wildlife, and mystical hybrid creatures. With a strong background in graphic design (B.A. in Communication Design), he combines academic knowledge with creative expression to create exceptional designs.

His work spans from aesthetic analogue prints and stylish merchandise designs for bands to sophisticated corporate identities for brands and businesses. The artist’s versatility is reflected not only in his work but also in his presentation. He showcases his pieces at design markets and in art galleries, using high-quality materials, a love for detail, and compositions that are both classic and simple.

Damien is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience through workshops and Q&A sessions, whether at schools, universities, events, or in private settings. Through his musical project Boy From Home, he demonstrates his versatility as a singer, guitarist, songwriter, and art director and as a multidisciplinary artist he has made a lasting impact on Luxembourg’s design and cultural scene.

The series The Gardens, created by the artist for WW+, consists of four linocut prints that honor the four seasons and developmental stages of the garden. The series is dedicated to the artist’s parents and their tireless work in the garden as well as their love of nature.

In the spring, the front yard transformed into a beautiful sea of tulips; in summer, the garden bloomed into a paradise of vegetable beds, dahlias, and sunflowers; in autumn, roses and late-bloomers adorned the garden, and in winter, it was the dried thistles that swayed in the wind.

The four linocut prints of The Garden are titled:

Spring Garden // Summer Garden // Autumn Garden // Winter Garden
