The complex comprises 37 apartments, a pharmacy and a restaurant. The whole complex is built on an underground car park, which shares the two apartments with 71 parking spaces. At the beginning of January 2019, the first residents received the keys to their apartments. The pharmacy, which will be located on the ground floor of the Milvus building, will also open its doors before the end of the month.
