New restaurant in historic Badanstalt, Luxembourg (LUX)

In close collaboration with the Ville de Luxembourg, we were delighted to celebrate the reopening of a truly unique venue: the restaurant housed in the city’s historic municipal swimming hall.

Following the fire in 2022, which led to the closure of the previous restaurant business, we were entrusted with redesigning the space. The building itself – an iconic historic site dating back to the 19th century – called for a careful modernisation concept between preservation and renewal.

Now with the renovations complete, this remarkable space is ready to embark on a new chapter – home to a contemporary gastronomic concept. We extend our deep thanks to the Ville de Luxembourg for their trust and support throughout the work on the project and wish the team of the new brasserie every success as they begin their journey in these historic premises.
