A better qualification for a better service quality:" Communicative and meditative competence" - training for our team.

The work areas architecture, planning and project management require the handling of complex interrelationships and continuous changes. Communicative and mediative competence is therefore a key factor for the aforementioned areas.

In order to be able to respond optimally to the different and changing interests and needs of our customers, WW+ is constantly evolving. A large part of the workforce was able to successfully complete a 7-day training course in "communicative and mediative competence".

 

The organisers of the training course, the Centre de Mediation Civile et Commerciale (CMCC) together with Mediator GmbH Berlin, convinced the participants with a lot of practical tips and tools. WW+ is a member of the CMCC since 2016.

This training made it possible to apply and refine the tools of mediation and interest-oriented communication. Through practical training modules, the team was able to apply what they had learned directly to larger group relationships, collaborative design, process design, participation processes and project preparation.

 

At the end of this 7-day course, the 16 participants received certification for their communication and mediation skills.
