WW+ as guest at the SCHULBAU trade fair 2024

A few weeks back the 'Schulbau' fair for educational building was held in Stuttgart and brought together national as well as international experts who shared their experience in school construction and presented innovative concepts for the design of interior and exterior educational spaces in lectures and panel discussions. Among them were managing director Jörg Weber and architect Madlen Hilsamer, who presented our school campus project in Echternach.

One focus of the presentation lay on the participatory planning approach with teachers, educators, parents, as well as municipal and ministerial representatives. The second focus was the conception of the building in line with the ‘integrative’ model of education and childcare. Primary school (cycles 3-4), daycare and a competence centre for the promotion of inclusive education (CDI) are all under one roof in Echternach. This innovative learning environment enables different forms of education and creates synergies between different educational institutions.
