Completion MR 'Bei de Pompjeeën', Esch (LUX)

We are delighted about the completion and the children moving into the new Maison Relais 'Bei de Pompjeeën'. The listed fire station was extensively renovated and redesigned. The aim was to meet the current and future childcare requirements of the district. The existing building was supplemented by a modern extension in timber construction.

The focus was on preserving the architecture, structure and spaces of the Wilhelminian-era building as much as possible. The seven thematic ateliers are spread over two floors, give the young users plenty of open space and lots of play opportunities.

The two cats 'Feier' and 'Flamm' - protagonists of the signage concept by A' Designers Collective - keep the children company in many corners of the Maison Relais.
