Approval PAP „Am Mäs", Stadtbredimus (LUX)

In June 2024 the Ministère des Affaires intérieures approved the PAP “Am Mäs” we have drawn up. The new residential project is located on a hillside with a view of the Moselle.

There will be 18 residential units ranging from detached single-family homes to semi-detached houses, that blend harmoniously into the sloping terrain. The concept also focusses on the development of a residential street “zone 20km/h” and parking spaces with sustainable components. Two pocket parks and two green public spaces are integrated into the planning as well.

On behalf of the project developer Lionstone, we are designing the project in collaboration with Schroeder & Associés (mobility and water concept). We look forward to further progress in the implementation of the new residential project.
