Update on our Urbanism Portfolio (PAP)

Our website has been expanded: the Urbanism section has recently been updated and now features a significant number of Special Development Plans (PAP) completed in recent years.

These projects illustrate our expertise in the development of complex, mixed-use, and resilient PAPs designed to address current urban, environmental, and social challenges.

Thanks to our integrated architectural expertise, we are able to verify the future feasibility of projects in advance, thus ensuring their urban, regulatory, and operational consistency.

We support project owners at every stage, offering solutions adapted to regulatory changes, particularly in the context of the revision of the Pacte Logement, which came into force on January 1, 2026.
