Task: ideas competition for a centre hosting sociocultural activities and training facilities, conversion of the partially listed existing structures.
The ideas competition calls for the development of a use and design concept for a sociocultural centre featuring training facilities for the conversion of an ensemble consisting of a listed mill, a residence and surrounding outdoor facilities. A structural extension is not excluded.
The sociocultural centre should sensitively use the opportunities provided by the historical structures, resulting in a sustainable enhancement of the entire complex.
