Lecture: mediative interest-oriented process management

Last week, managing director Luc Wagner was a guest speaker at the conference "Mediative interest-oriented strategies in construction", organised by the Luxembourg Chamber of Architects OAI together with the Centre de Médiation Civile et Commerciale (CMCC).

The construction sector and thus our area of service; architecture, planning and project management, require dealing with multiple project partners and complex contexts. Luc Wagner explains in his talk why a trust-based culture of dialogue is so important in our everyday work and how a mediation-oriented attitude has found its way into our office and became part of our business model.

The event concluded with the 4th round of signing of the CMCC Mediation Charter, to which WW+ has been committed since 2016.
