Information and participation procedure Quartier Grünewald, Kirchberg (LUX)

As part of the ongoing development of the Grünewald neighbourhood, WW+ was commissioned by the Fonds Kirchberg to conduct an information and participation process for the "Projet Mixte" and "Quartier Grünewald Ouest" projects.

An information event was held on Wednesday, 30 June 2021, at the location of BNP Paribas Kirchberg in Luxembourg, at which both projects were presented in detail and questions from residents were answered.

This was followed by a citizen workshop on the project “Quartier Grünewald Ouest” on July 10, which was held in a spacious tent on the future site of the “Projet Mixte”, in close proximity to the “Quartier Stuff”.  In a productive atmosphere, residents, expert planners and representatives of the Fonds Kirchberg were able to exchange ideas and discuss different proposals at the multilingual workshop islands on the topics of open space, neighbourhood functions and mobility.

The remarks collected are now being evaluated and their incorporation into the urban development concept is being examined. The results of the evaluation will be presented to the residents at the beginning of October.
