The Millebierg subdivision is a residential ensemble of a row of six semi-detached houses and a small block of four apartments. The various buildings are characterised by a high-quality contemporary architecture and a great flexibility in interior design. Each unit takes advantage of two, if not three orientations to guarantee an optimum level of lighting, while ensuring beautiful views onto the surrounding landscapes. Each ensemble has a generous outdoor private space (terrace, balcony or garden), with direct access to the living areas. The orientation ensures optimum sun exposure, beneficial both to the comfort of the occupants as well as to the energy performance of the buildings. The apartment block, certified energy class C, as well as the category B houses are characterised by their low energy consumption.
